Update on price of woodchips out of native forest from Eden south East NSW Australia 9th March 2003
On the police Facts Sheet for my charge for boarding the woodchip carrier Keisho Maru the other day, there is an interesting piece of information about woodchip prices. According to the police, the Keisho Maru was carrying 31,900 tonnes of woodchips valued at $1,620,000. This means $50.72 per tonne. Very interesting.
